Sparkle celebration

As I'm counting down the days until the weekend, I thought I'd make myself nice party nails! Woo!

Here's a picture how they came out:
(Yes, I know, I still need to clean up!)

What you need:
  • some nailglitter(?), which you can find basically every beauty store
  • random see-through nail polish
Could there be any less stuff?

Now.. Just apply one coat of the see-through nail polish onto your nails. Don't let it dry, start pouring the glitter on! Trust me it's fun! & of course a bit messy too. But it's all worth it. When the glitters has landed on your nails nicely, just dab it down really gently, so that the surface would be a little smoother. After that wait until the polish and the glitter have dried. The last thing is applying the second coat of the see-through nail polish on to the glittery layer. This helps it to stay there longer.
As simple as that! Enjoy! : )

First impressions

So I got 3 things from my wishlist. I'm gonna wait until mu payday to buy the Cutrin Bio+ stuff, I've also found out where it's the cheapest. And all I have to do now is wait until April. Yay!

So I'm gonna start off with the lipgloss-lip cream to be exact. I bought the Manhattan Soft Mat Lipcream in 56K. It's a nice subtle and neutral pink. It has a coconutty smell, I can't complain about the applicator, just a regular one that does the job. So I would recommend you to really moisturise your lips because it can be a bit drying. And your lips should be in good condition as every little chap becomes more visible than ever. After some time it becomes completely matte and won't even show on glasses or anything. Lasts perfect for a few hours or so and if it fades, it does so evenly so you don't get color on the edges of your lips while it's completely faded in the middle. It's quite versatile, you can mix it, layer it, wear it on its own. Price €4,47 in Ideaal Kosmeetika.

I also bought the Manhattan Clearface Fruit Scrub. It smells like acidic fruits and has very small blue scrub particles. I haven't really used it on my skin yet, but I'll give a complete review if it later. And I have to mention that the translation on the box is kinda misleading. It says in Estonian that you shouldn't use it after you've had a lenghty sunbathing, but it says in English that you shouldn't use it before a lengthy sunbathing. I'm guessing that you shouldn't do both, as after a lenghty sunbathing your skin can be very gentle and slightly burnt and this might hurt. And the salicylic acid doesn't react very well with sun, as you might get sunburnt. And even though I didn't see a sale sign, it had a discount and I got €1,34 off so the damage was €3,20 and this was from Ideaal Kosmeetika as well.

The third thing I purchased was The Body Shop Tea Tree Facial Toner, I mentioned that I had a thing for stuff from Arnaud but it seems that the Arnaud one for oily skin didn't really promise to fight blemishes so I thaught this one might be more effective. But about the product- If you open it at first you get a really intese stench on tea tree oil but I quess you'll get used to that. Now I've only used it once but it doesn't seem to dry my skin, I might write a review about it later. And this cost around €7 and it's 250ml so it's quite cheap indeed.
So have fun and hope you enjoyed it!

March wishlist and nails

It's weird how fast time flies. It feels like I just wrote the review for the Rimmel foundation but it has been a month already..
So I'm gonna post my current wishlist.
1) Manhattan Clearface Fruit Scrub- I had a mini version of this, don't really remember how it worked, but I kind of have a feeling that I should puchase this, haha. I am hoping that it clears out some of the comedones on my nose and it seems only logical that it gets deeper into the pores than regular scrubs.
2) Something from Arnaud, their products have been very tempting. And as I'm running low on facial toner, I'm thinking about buying one for oily skin. Though the Sebamed one I have right now is quite good, it seemed to help at first, but sadly I'm breaking out for over a week right now and I'm freaking out about it.
3) Manhattan Mat Lipcream Lipgloss or some other matte nude-ish lipgloss or lipstick. I don't wear lipglosses or sth like that normally, but I'm thinking about changing that. Though lip stains may be even better, as I am not interested in reapplying every 2 hours or so..
4) Goldwell Dualsense shampoo for sensitive scalp or Cutrin Bio+ Active Shampoo with Cutrin Bio+ Active Serum. The serum is leave in and you can even apply it on dry scalp. I'm constantly having issues with my scalp, no shampoo has been working for me lately and the shampoos that did like 3 months ago, don't anymore. It's really annoying and getting hold of a new shampoo that works is really costly. I mean the last shampoo that worked for me was like 1,25€, super cheap.

And now for the nails. It's a really cool colour. I love that it's not flashy and bright but at the same time it has attitude. And the Teeez! nail varnish in Sexy 03, lasts quite long. I also wear Artdeco Nail Wonder as a base and on top of it, but it lasts for like 4 days or so. The first application wasn't that great as it kind of got bubbly on my nails for several times, I must have shaked it too much. And it has a thick consistency so you must be swift. It cost 5,05€, if I recall correctly. It's available in Rosalind in Estonia and there are some 20? shades to choose from. There was this cute ruby with fine glitter and a really nude colour as well, I think those were the only ones that really stood out from the rest of the bunch.
